Take time to learn/educate ourselves and our children to pass on the truth
Public Education about NIMBY and Alternative Housing Issues
Educate young about different Ethnic Backgrounds to: educate, respect, understand
Internalizing respect for all people (start young)
Legalize and Mandate Human Rights
Give Credit(mandate) part of school curriculum for taking Multicultural Courses
Influence Public Agencies (City Commission, School Board, DOL, etc) to incorporate studies
Basic Education should be made available in all levels of Education on who "they" are
Social Events for Education
Talking in small groups about the "truth" shared history, traditions, etc
Create a Database for people interested in being Active by using registration/sign in sheets
Start teaching Respect
Accompaniment w/native peoples
Mandate White Education to tell the truth about white privilege and racism etc
Housing-assist people w/getting proper documentation. Help people get co-signers
RESPECT get Elders to speak to the community
Establish non-profits for people of color, created by people of color on our traditions and values
Have on-going forums (suggested every 3 months)
Re-Education Educate from the beginning on use summer as a time to have "educational groups" in parks rec centers etc, so children of different race/nationality/ethnicity can learn about each other.
Mandatory training for everyone in government, at all levels
Implement Language Tables using books written by authors who have experienced the history taught and throw out white traditional history books
Develop Leaders through Youth Leadership Programs
Programs in school/community that encompass cultural, and spiritual values
Have Native/Black/White/Asian teachers in all levels of Education
Be Ready to be an Activist
Businesses should be more accountable to hiring practices for minorities
Privilege and Participation
Prayer
Recognize the Limit of Resources, and provide alternatives, or suggestions to erase the limitations
Respect-Dignity of everyone
Hold City Officials, government bodies, and Police accountable for racial profiling, and oppressive, misuse/abuse of force, or power
People of Color should attend anti-racism trainings, and education about their rights, and should be encouraged to speak up about their experiences
People of Color should Advocate for youth and Adults dealing with racist actions against them
Develop a Speakers Bureau
Accompaniment – stay with "" through the entire Journey
Mainstream Culture needs to recognize the attributes of the Minorities – to become- develop a stronger Community
Recognize that all sides have something to give
Utilize Pool Resources

Cultural Sensitivity Training for Legislators-then do role reversal and only give them the resources that are available to American Indians
